This Kwikset lock product also features SmartKey Security, which protects against advanced break-in techniques and allows you to re-key your lock yourself in seconds. Kwikset SmartKey Security re-key technology is compatible with Kwikset (KW1) keyways. Smartkey security does not work with August smart locks or Schlage deadbolts. This keyed one sided traditional dead bolt is ANSI/BHMA grade 1 certified. The crisp, clean appearance of the satin nickel finish adds to the overall look to this smart lock and brings a modern feel. This deadbolt lock is perfect for your front door when paired with a handleset or for your side door when paired with a passage or keyed entry lever or door knob.
