Description
See your World in a Whole New Way The MicroFlip is Carson's most powerful pocket microscope yet, with a magnification range of an impressive 100x – 250x. The precision molded aspheric lens system ensures sharp, clear, distortion-free viewing, allowing you to see a variety of incredible details. The MicroFlip uses a bright LED light to illuminate your subjects and also has a built-in UV LED flashlight feature to aid in inspection. The MicroFlip's innovative slide base flips down to hold your slides in place (we include one blank slide and cover slip to get you started), and then flips back up when using the microscope on objects out in the field. Its lightweight build, ergonomic shape, and thin wrist-strap make it easy to take along with you anywhere you go. The MicroFlip is a great microscope for both beginners and more advanced users alike, as it offers a higher magnification range, but is simple and easy to use. One of the most exciting features of the Micro flip is the included smartphone digiscoping clip that attaches the microscope to your phone camera, so you can document all of your findings and share them with colleagues, friends, and family. The clip is compatible with most smart phone models, including iphone, Samsung, LG, HTC, and more (thicker cases like Otterbox style cases may need to be removed before attaching the digiscoping clip). The MicroFlip is powered by one AA battery (not included), and includes a starter slide with cover slip and an attachable wrist strap. Carson's Warranty The MicroBrite Plus is backed by Carson's Limited Lifetime Warranty. Carson will repair or replace your pocket microscope if it is found to have manufacturing defects in the materials or workmanship. Please contact Carson for additional warranty details. Please note that due to the extremely powerful magnification of this pocket microscope that the focal distance is very short. Therefore, you must hold the microscope directly over your subject for optimal viewing clarity. Begin at the lowest magnification (100x) and adjust the focus until you have a clear view, then increase your magnification to your desired level.
