The tubes bring air in only, no water, so you do not need to clear the tubes of water, just inhale normally. Ideal for distance swimmers, those learning proper stroke, up to professional level trainers. Works in open water, ocean water with rough conditions, and even flip turns in a pool. The sport PB0100 does not include the accessories for aid in flip turning. The lap PB0100 has all accessories except the extended speed vents for waves or sinking low in your stroke.
