Unlike brushes or fingers, the StansOut Makeup Blending Sponge has small pores that allow the product to be evenly distributed to your skin leaving a seamless, airbrushed look. The StansOut Makeup Blending Sponge features is made from latex-free foam. Angles were expertly designed to reach every surface of your face. It can be used wet or dry and is equally soft either way. The StansOut Makeup Blending Sponge can work with any of your cream products as well as any of your powder products. Pro Tips: We recommend using the sponge damp for the first 3 to 5 uses while it is in its break-in period. After that, water is optional. The large rounded side is great for applying the product to the larger areas of your face including cheeks, forehead, and chin. The triangular end is designed for applying the product to the under-eye area. The flat side is ideal for perfecting your contour under your cheekbones, jawline, and along your nose. Care and Maintenance: To clean your sponge you will want to completely saturate it with warm water. - Gently rub it against a bar of mild soap until the makeup is broken down and the sponge begins to get sudsy.
- Once it is sudsy, gently squeeze and rinse. Repeat steps until the water runs clear.
